Mark graduated from Northumbria University (formerly Newcastle Upon Tyne Polytechnic) in 1987 then commenced studies for his Law Society Finals at the College of Law, Chester passing the exams in 1988. Mark then secured a position as an Articled Clerk at Redfearns in 1988 qualifying in 1990. He has extensive knowledge of Family and Criminal Law. Mark is a member of the Family Law Advanced Accreditation Scheme and Children Law Accreditation Scheme (Adult Party Representative) as well as Resolution and Duty Solicitor scheme.

Frank graduated in 1986 from Leeds Metropolitan University and qualified in 1991 but worked in the legal field for about 6 years prior to that. Frank specialises in Criminal Law, Wills and Probate and also has an in-depth knowledge of Planning Law. Frank is also a member of the Duty Solicitor Scheme.

Frank enjoys the finer things in life and likes walking, gardening, watching rugby union and is an active member of The National Trust.

Nazia Hussain

Nazia is a Conveyancer and Head of Department in our Conveyancing department.

Nazia has over 20 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, dealing with house sales, purchases, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, auction sales and purchases and leasehold properties. Nazia has considerable experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Nazia’s work comes from repeat clients and word of mouth and recommendations from estate agents.

Andy graduated from Open University in 2007 and qualified as a Solicitor in December 2013. Andy became police station accredited in 2009.

Andy enjoys spending time with his family and walks with his family dog'.

Laura Naylor

Laura graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2009 and went on to study the Legal Practice Course in Leeds during 2010. Laura has since worked in small high street firms specialising in Criminal Defence Work with a focus on more serious crime including drug offences, murder, rape (including historic sexual offences against children), causing grievous bodily harm with intent, people trafficking, robbery and attempted murder.
